How to activate your available carrier?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click to load fulfilment dashboard -> Click on activate button next to the selected carrier at the right section -> Enter the carrier details and submit => Available carrier will be activated.
How to recharge your wallet?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click on settings icon at the top right of the screen -> Click on organization profile -> Click on payment details -> Enter the amount -> Click on recharge -> Payment page will appear -> Enter the payment details and submit -> Thanks page will appear and the payment will be done -> Back on the wallet screen -> Click on refresh button => The amount will appear on the wallet.
How to self deliver your orders?
  • Launch and Log in Shopify -> Create an order from the shopify -> Click on Apps in left menu of the shopify -> Click ecomglobus App -> Click on Sales Order -> Click on selected available order -> Scroll and click on self delivery -> The waybill will be created -> Go to the console -> Click on delivery in the left menu -> Click on delivery run sheet -> Click to select the waybill -> Click to select the delivery boy -> Click on create => DRS will be created and process of self delivery will be done.
How to add your products in the console?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click on warehouse master in the left menu -> Click on products -> Click on add product button -> Enter the details and submit => The product will be added.
How to sync your products from console to shopify or vice-versa?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click on settings in left menu -> Click on integrations -> Click on open button -> Click on store name -> Click on sync products => The products will be sync to the Shopify or vice-versa.
How to sync your inventory from console to shopify?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click on settings in left menu -> Click on integrations -> Click on open button -> Click on store name -> Click on sync inventory button => The inventory will be sync to the Shopify.
How to assign your order to the carrier?
  • Launch and Log in Shopify -> Create an order from the shopify -> Click on Apps in left menu of the shopify -> Click ecomglobus App -> Click on Sales Order -> Click on selected available order -> Scroll and click on Fulfilment -> The sales order, waybill and carrier waybill will be created and the order will be assigned to the carrier.
  • Launch and Log in Shopify -> Create an order from the shopify -> Click on Apps in left menu of the shopify -> Click ecomglobus App -> Click on Sales Order -> Click on selected available order -> Scroll and click on Warehouse -> The Sales order and waybill will be created -> Go to the console -> Click on Sales invoice module in the left menu -> Click on sales order -> Click to select sales order -> Click on hand over to carrier Click to enter the package details -> Click to select the default carrier -> Click on generate carrier waybill => Carrier waybill will be generated and process of to assign the order to the carrier will be done.
How to upgrade your package?
  • Launch and log in Shopify -> Click on Apps in the left menu -> Click on ecomglobus App -> Click on upgrade on the dashboard -> Package page will appear -> Select the package and proceed -> Enter the payment details and submit => The payment will be done and the package will be upgraded.
How to Link your warehouse?
  • Launch and Log in console -> Click on settings in left menu -> Click on integrations -> Click on open button -> Click on store name -> Click on Link button in warehouse link section -> Select the warehouses of both ends and submit => The warehouses will be linked.
