DM Brasil Coffee Plant Inauguration

On September 4th, 2025, the group was delighted to inaugurate DM Brasil (Descafeinadores do Brasil), the result of the strong partnership between ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. and San Roke Industrial. This new venture marks an important milestone for the Brazilian coffee industry, as it sets out with the mission of transforming the decaffeinated coffee experience in the country.

With the strong foundation of our local operation EISA – Empresa Interagrícola S.A., a leading presence in Brazilian agriculture since 1935, and the proven expertise of DESCAMEX, global leader in coffee decaffeination with more than 42 years of experience, DM Brasil is now uniquely positioned to bring innovation and excellence to the sector.

For the first time in Brazil, we are introducing the Mountain Water process, internationally recognized for its ability to extract caffeine with high precision while fully preserving the coffee’s natural flavor, aroma, and unique characteristics. This innovation represents a major step forward for consumers seeking healthier choices without compromising the sensory pleasure of coffee.

The inauguration event brought together authorities, industry partners, collaborators, and representatives of the coffee community, with the special participation of the ECOM Board. Together, they celebrated this exciting new chapter. The atmosphere was one of optimism and pride, reflecting the shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality.

With DM Brasil, we are not only investing in advanced technology but also reinforcing Brazil’s position as a global powerhouse in coffee production and innovation. This new decaffeination hub is a symbol of progress, collaboration, and respect for both producers and consumers.

We are excited to be part of this journey and look forward to continuing to grow alongside our partners, clients, and the entire coffee community. Together, we will help redefine what it means to enjoy a cup of decaffeinated coffee in Brazil.
