Registration with ecomglobus
  • Visit apps.shopifystore.com and search for the category Fulfilment or Shipping & delivery. Ecomglobus app will be listed there.
  • Click on Add app button and you will be redirected to your Shopify Store and get to the “Install App” screen
  • The setup wizard will open. You need to enter your business and contact details needed for your Account Setup (screenshot below)
  • Click on Get Started
  • An organisation will be created at console.ecomglobus.com.
How to link multiple stores with your existing eComGlobus console?
  • Click here to go to the Console login page and copy the Console URL
  • Copy the Console URL link and paste it into the Login URL section to add another store.
  • You can also copy the Console URL link from the Welcome email and paste it into the Login URL section to add another store.

How to set up a Carrier Account ?
  • Firstly, the default active Carrier list will be available. eComGlobus offers discounted pricing for a number of carriers, you could opt for these carriers.

  • You will be provided an option to use your own carrier account for generating the shipping labels and managing your logistics.

How to assign an order to eComGlobus / existing carriers?
  • Click on sales invoice section on console.ecomglobus.com -> Click on sales order (screenshot)
  • Select the orders and click on handover to carrier button (screenshot)
  • Outgoing shipment screen will open up
  • Then you have to enter package details for each selected sales order
  • Then click on edit carrier button next to selected sales order
  • Carrier selection pop-up will appear to select eComGlobus/existing carrier
  • Now the order will be assigned to the selected eComGlobus/existing carrier
How to configure EcomGlobus console?
  • Firstly click on ecomglobus console link and log in.
What are the steps to create a product on console.ecomglobus.com?
  • First add Package type (Click on settings in left menu section -> Click on package type and add package type)
  • Then Add Supplier type Vendor (Click on Master data in left menu section -> Click on Vendor -> Select vendor category as supplier and add vendor)
  • Then add category from add prduct form (Click on Warehouse Master -> Click on Products -> Add product form will appear -> Click on Add Category next to Category field -> Now category will be added)
  • Now create non serial/serial product.
  • As the product has been added and you need to add stock for it.(Click on WMS Receive Deliver -> Click on Incoming shipments -> Click on add inbound button.)
  • Now you need to sync product, stock, customer and link the warehouse with shopify store, then App will be usable.(Click on Setting -> Click on integration -> Click on open button of shopify -> Click on store name.)
  • Now sync products, stock, customer and link the warehouse.
  • Click on dashboard tab -> Select Ecom Fulfillment tab -> Click on edit button next to the any available carrier -> Enter the carrier details and save.
  • Click on Master data -> Click on carrier service and add carrier product.
Help text for ecomglobus app
  • (On Product Dispatch Details): Select the item quantity you want to dispatch from a particular warehouse
  • Help for Fulfillment : Fulfillment of an order means assigning the order to warehouse and generating the carrier label also for the order.
  • Help for Carrier : Assign to carrier means generating the direct carrier label for the order where warehouse is not involved.
  • Help for Warehouse section : Assign to warehouse means sending order details to warehouse and order dispatch will be done from the warehouse itself using console.ecomglobus.com
  • Help for Self delivery section : Self delivery means sending order details to internal delivery team and delivery can be assigned from console.ecomglobus.com
  • Help for Carrier Name : Select a carrier for delivery.
  • Help for Carrier Service : select a carrier service for delivery
